If you prefer to buy your water cooler, boiler or fountain outright, we offer a streamlined maintenance contract which will help keep your machine in the best condition.

A maintenance agreement can be applied to any of our products when purchased outright and in most cases, we can even service existing units from other suppliers.

Inlcuded in the maintenance agreement is:

• Twice yearly preventative maintenance services
• Cost of replacement parts and labour
• Full call out and repair service – next working day
• 24 hours a day 7 days a week manned Customer Service Centre
• No additional charge; labour & parts all covered
